No 40-page click-wrap. These are the rules of the road for CompAI — what we provide, what we charge, what you agree to, and what we won't do.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using CompAI (reicompai.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

Who can use CompAI

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account info, keep your password secure, and you're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

What CompAI does — and doesn't

CompAI produces estimated property valuations, repair costs, and offer numbers based on public data, comp records, and AI analysis. It is a decision-support tool. It is not:

An appraisal.
Legal, tax, or investment advice.
A guarantee of any future price, deal outcome, or profit.

You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions. Verify numbers with licensed professionals before closing a deal. We help you price faster and cite better — we don't take the risk for you.

Subscription & billing

Paid plan is $49.99/month or $500/year, billed by Stripe.
7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Cancel before day 8 to avoid any charge.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
Cancel anytime from the billing portal inside the app. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change; we'll email you at least 14 days before any change takes effect for your account.

Refunds

We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were billed in error, email support@reicompai.com within 30 days and we'll review in good faith.

Acceptable use

Don't:

Scrape, resell, or redistribute CompAI output as a competing data product.
Share your account with people outside your company.
Use the service to harass, defraud, or violate any law.
Attempt to bypass auth, rate limits, or the billing system.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

Addresses, notes, and scripts you create in CompAI belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so we can deliver the service to you. We don't use your private notes or proprietary deal data to train models.

Third-party data

CompAI incorporates data from RealEstateAPI.com, Firecrawl, and other providers. Data quality and coverage vary by market and timing. We don't warrant that any particular record is current or accurate — that's why we cite every source.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, REI Mastery LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Jackson County, Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the change means you accept the update.
