How we handle your data.
We're a pricing tool, not a data broker. The short version: we collect what we need to run analyses and bill you, we don't sell anything, and you can delete your data any time.
Who we are
CompAI is a property-intelligence tool operated by REI Mastery LLC. Reach us at privacy@reicompai.com with any privacy question — we read everything.
What we collect
- Account info — name, email, phone, company, role, experience, markets, deal types, deal volume, and how you heard about us.
- Billing info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; only the last 4 + expiry + brand.
- Usage data — properties you analyze, scripts you generate, notes you save. All tied to your account so you can retrieve them.
- Technical data — IP address, browser user agent, basic request logs used to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run comps, valuations, callback scripts, and every other feature you request.
- To bill you via Stripe and manage your subscription.
- To send service emails — password resets, receipts, important account notices.
- To improve the product. We use aggregated, de-identified patterns only — never your private notes or addresses to train models.
Service providers we use
We pass minimum-necessary data through these providers to deliver results. Each has its own privacy practices:
- Supabase — account storage and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Railway — server hosting for the analysis bridge.
- RealEstateAPI.com — MLS-equivalent comps and property records.
- Firecrawl — listing-page enrichment.
- Resend — transactional email (receipts, password resets).
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- We don't share your deal analyses with other users on the platform.
- We don't train AI models on your private notes or proprietary deal data.
- We don't send marketing email you didn't opt into. Service email only by default.
Data retention
We keep account and analysis data while your account is active. Request deletion any time at privacy@reicompai.com — we process within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax and payment-processor rules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us and we'll handle it. No fee, no friction.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth. Payment details are tokenized by Stripe. No internet service is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
Changes
When this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. For material changes we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
